庄司屋名物の『板そば』は山形特有の田舎そば。更科そばと違い太くて腰の強い薮そばで野性味を感じさせます。薮そばと更科そばの合い盛になった『更科あいもり板そば』が特にお勧めの一品です。
そば料理をより楽しみたい方の為に、そば懐石のご予約も両店で承っております。
